Kinderspielpl\u00e4tze.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das Verhalten war geeignet, ein <span style=\"color: #0d0063;\"><strong>\u00f6ffentliches \u00c4rgernis<\/strong><\/span> zu erregen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span Beweisverwertungsverbot, da eigenst\u00e4ndiges Beweismittel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Glaubw\u00fcrdigkeit der Zeugen wurde bejaht (\u00fcbereinstimmend, detailliert, widerspruchsfrei).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0d0063;\">Zur Herausgabe der Fotos (erfolgreich): <\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das<span style=\"color: #0d0063;\"> <strong>Landgericht Bonn<\/strong><\/span> hatte bereits entschieden, dass die Fotos das <span style=\"color: #0d0063;\"><strong>Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsrecht der Kl\u00e4gerin verletzen<\/strong><\/span> und rechtswidrig angefertigt wurden \u2192<span style=\"color: #0d0063;\"> <strong>Herausgabeanspruch<\/strong><\/span> besteht!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 m\u00fcssen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"color: #0d0063;\"><strong>Grundrechte finden ihre Schranken dort, wo Rechte Dritter verletzt werden.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Kl\u00e4gerin hat sich &#8222;selbst aus dem gesch\u00fctzten Bereich herausbegeben&#8220;.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #0d0063;\">Rechtliche
