Im Wesentlichen lagen sie in den Bereichen Zivilrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Urheberrecht und Medienrecht.\u00a0 Ich habe Rechtswissenschaften in Marburg an der Philipps-Universit\u00e4t und sp\u00e4ter in T\u00fcbingen an der Eberhard-Karls-Universit\u00e4t studiert, wo ich das erste Staatsexamen erfolgreich bestanden habe. Im Anschluss hieran legte ich das zweite Staatsexamen (Assessorexamen) vor dem Oberlandesgericht Stuttgart ab. Nach dem Referendariat sammelte ich Berufserfahrungen in einer D\u00fcsseldorfer Steuerberatersoziet\u00e4t und sp\u00e4ter in einer weltweit operierenden Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft. Mit der Zulassung als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin nahm ich eine Anstellung bei einer in K\u00f6ln niedergelassenen deutsch-polnischen Anwaltskanzlei an, die fachliche Grundlage meiner sp\u00e4teren T\u00e4tigkeit als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin\u00a0 in D\u00fcsseldorf wurde. Seit 2003 war ich als Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin ausschlie\u00dflich f\u00fcr die Anwaltskanzlei Rechtsanw\u00e4lte Rybak &amp; Swist PartG t\u00e4tig. Im Januar 2018 habe ich die Kanzlei swist.legal gegr\u00fcndet und f\u00fchre die Kanzlei mit den besten Mitarbeitern, die es in dieser Welt gibt.\u00a0 Aufgrund der jahrelangen Berufserfahrung bin ich eine sehr erfahrene Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin und habe jeden Tag mehr Spa\u00df an meiner Arbeit. Ich berate in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten und nehme die Interessen meiner Mandanten vor Gericht wahr.
