Die Markenverletzung ist der zentrale Begriff. Das Gesetz stellt die Voraussetzungen auf, bei deren Erf\u00fcllung eine Markenverletzung vorliegt. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die verletzte Marke des Anspruchsinhabers muss gesch\u00fctzt werden. Diesen Schutz kann sie beispielsweise durch Eintragung erlangen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die Marke muss vorrangig sein.
